Class changes

Since class changes are a very intricate work that's incredibly hard to balance, I just want to leave suggestions for the different specializations of two classes: The Rogue and the Demon Hunter, both classes having a unique disadvantage towards the other classes.

Demon Hunter - Ranged DpS spec (Chaos)
The demon Hunter doesn't suffer from having sub-par options, but he's one spec short. What would be a feasible solution? Well, giving him a ranged spec on top of the two he already has. This would be in line with the class (the RTS demon Hunter was also able to shoot felfire in his demon form) and wouldn't require to reinvent the wheel in order to come up with a spec that differs from the other two.

Rogue - Ranged DpS spec (sharpshooter/gunslinger)
The Rogue, while fairly strong, is literally the only class that has nothing to offer but melee DpS, which makes Rogues the one class that depends most on having a superior performance in that regard in order to be attractive for that spot (or on being the only class that is able to offer a particular utility skill, something that runs counter to the "bring the player, not the class"-mindset World of Warcraft tried to service ever since the first expansion).
How can this be remedied? Well, by giving Rogues a spec that isn't melee DpS. Considering how Rogues have two dagger specs (subtlety and assassination), merging these two into a single specialization and giving the Rogue a "sharpshooter" or "gunslinger" ranged spec instead would be a nice change that would make a Rogue more interesting (the "gunslinger" however would require adding one-handed weapons to the game, or at least a set of two one-handed weapon as a singular ranged weapon, which would definitely be cool). Also, this would mean that the Hunter isn't the only class that uses ranged weapons anymore.
